About Our Snow Removal Operations

Snow removal operations begin on residential routes once per day when snowfall accumulation reaches five inches in each route.  Please understand that we can only react to the Mother-Nature and therefore are unable to guarantee start times.

We generally prefer to begin operations around 2 or 3 am when there is little to no traffic.  This early start time allows us to focus on clearing your driveway in a safe and efficient manner.  In some instances we have to change our start time due to the timing of the storm. In addition, after each major snow storm we follow up with a clean-up day where we arrive a little later at each driveway than usual resulting in fewer cars in the driveway.

The route in your area has one of eighteen pieces of equipment solely dedicated to it.  This allows us to be very responsive and avoid the traffic on Highway 50 and Pioneer Trail as we stay within this route. We also have back up equipment to ensure that you can always count on us.

Our light-weight equipment blows the snow rather than pushing or piling.  Snow-blowing is a low-impact method of snow removal which leaves your driveway and yard looking great all year round.  We have a dedicated service staff and shop to maintain all our equipment.  In addition, our office is staffed seven days a week during snow operation days to answer your calls and respond accordingly.  Regarding pricing, we look at each and every driveway individually and then determine a fair, competitive, seasonal price.
